Ladies & Gentlemen,

Things are changing, it is important that you review your Avatar.

In coming weeks format will begin to change; the new settings for Avatar will
be 140 px x 140 px; any Avatar larger in either dimension will appear either
much smaller or be distorted.

If you need an image re-sized and don't have the ability post here.

I guess I need help!

I used photoshop elements to resize to 140X140 but I
can't figure out how to reduce the file size to 15KB! Confused

You can reduce the number of colours to make it smaller. This one is 12.7K

It comes in handy when making the Previews (* big snap shots joined in 1 Image )

The output is a little smaller but still retains the same quality as Image Grabber II

Most of the joining applications will let you "set" a quality factor or % of the output size.

This is a good decision. big avatars often occupy much of the space and one has to turn pages after pages for material. in my part of the world where one uses dial up connection it proves a nuizance. please consider us too in your policy.
